Job Description

Bitstar is looking for a FPGA Lead with 10 to 15 years of experience in FPGA design to join our team to provide FPGA design and innovative solutions. To be successful in this role candidate needs to have an experience in Complete FPGA Full cycle design and develop RTL design, implementation, Testing, integration and delivery of FPGA based systems.

Responsibility

• Lead a team of FPGA RTL design engineers.
• Provide technical proposals to customer and or gather detailed requirement from customer and provide quick and cost effective solutions, resource and budget estimation
• Collaborate with cross functional teams product management, Hardware, Firmware, operations, sourcing and quality at various phases of development from requirements to production and deployment.
• FPGA team building and skill development.
• Good writing skills in Design documents, proposals, time sheets etc.
• Create timelines, execute and monitor day to day work from the team and report Management.

Requirements

• Proven track of leading FPGA team, create timelines, track day to day activates and timely delivery of Hardware.
• Experience in Targeting Xilinx, Intel Altera, Lattice FPGA’s.
• In depth knowledge of RTL design using Verilog & VHDL, Clock Domain transfer, Optimized Coding styles.
• Experience on High speed Interfaces like PCIe, 10G Ethernet, DDR4, USB, LVDS, Transceivers, 1G, HDMI, CSI-2, SDI, Camlink etc.
• Experience on Video Domain and ISP in FPGA.
• Exposure to Edge Computing in FPGA/ understating of Neural Networks is a plus.
• Experience in SOC design And AMBA bus interface modules, DMA Engine.
• Should be expertise in any of the Scripting language like Python, TCL, etc.
