Job Description

Bitstar is looking for a FPGA Senior Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience in FPGA design to join our team to provide FPGA design and innovative solutions. To be successful in this role candidate needs to have an experience in Complete FPGA Full cycle design and develop RTL design, implementation, Testing, integration and delivery of FPGA based systems.

Responsibility

• Develop RTL Code to implement FPGA based digital designs, working from the specifications stage through the system integration.
• Projects will range from mid to multi-million gates
• Understand the customer requirements and product definition.
• Define architecture and detail design specs based on requirements and various tradeoffs Micro-architecture and coding of assigned modules in Verilog/VHDL.
• Write a test bench for verifying design and complete scenario coverage.
• FPGA team building and skill development.
• Create timelines, execute and monitor day to day work from the team and report Management.

Requirements

• Experience in Targeting Xilinx, Intel Altera, Lattice FPGA’s.
• In depth knowledge of RTL design using Verilog & VHDL, Clock Domain transfer, Optimized Coding styles.
• Experience on High speed Interfaces like PCIe, 10G Ethernet, DDR4, USB, LVDS, Transceivers, 1G, HDMI, CSI-2, SDI, Camlink etc.
• Experience on Video Domain and ISP in FPGA.
• Exposure to Edge Computing in FPGA/ understating of Neural Networks is a plus.
• Exposure in SOC design And AMBA bus interface modules, DMA Engine.
• Should be expertise in any of the Scripting language like Python, TCL, etc.
• Should be able to work in a team or individually with little Mentoring.
